If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

VidMax will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We maintain a policy of removing content and terminating accounts in appropriate circumstances.

5. Response Time

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 2-3 business days. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the uploader.

6. False Claims

Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. By submitting a notice, you acknowledge that you may be subject to damages and attorney's fees if you materially misrepresent that content is infringing.
