2. Service Description

VidMax is a cloud-based video hosting and monetization platform that allows users to upload, store, share, and monetize video content. We provide unlimited storage space and pay creators based on video views.

3. User Accounts

To use VidMax services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Content Guidelines

Users are prohibited from uploading content that:

• Violates any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Infringes on privacy rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech

5. Monetization and Payments

VidMax pays creators ₹100 for every 1000 views. Payment terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹1,000
• Payments are processed within 24 hours of withdrawal request
• Valid payment information must be provided
• VidMax reserves the right to withhold payments if fraud is suspected

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant VidMax a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

7. Termination

VidMax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

VidMax is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of VidMax after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
